论我国民间金融的现状与治理对策

摘　　要：民间金融作为正规金融的补充,为国民经济发展提供了巨额的资金支持;但同时民间金融中大量存在的违法金融组织和金融行为,导致金融市场存在着巨大的风险。建议在建立有效的市场约束机制的基础上,明确民间金融的地位,规范民间金融行为。As a supplement to governmental finance,the folk finance offers a huge sum of money for the development of national economy. However, illegal finance organizations and financing acts esist in folk finance which can lead to financial crisis. This paper suggests establishing valid market mechanism to position and rule the folk finance.
