摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对乳腺肿瘤活检等待期病人心理生理的影响。方法80例乳腺肿瘤病人随机分为2组,拟行手术方法均为乳腺活检+根治术,其中实验组40例,活检等待期进行常规护理,心理护理和心理治疗;对照组40例,活检等待期接受常规护理,不做心理干预。结果实验组病人焦虑情绪低于对照组(P<0.05);血压、心率也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正确的心理护理有助于缓解乳腺活检等待期病人负性心理,从而调节生理反应,提高治疗质量。Objective To investigate the physical and psychological effect of psychological interference on patients waiting for breast biopsy. Methods 80 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,The operation method was that breast biopsy and radical mastectomy. In testing group （40 cases） patients were given routine nursing, psychological nursing and psychlolgical treatment against indiridual psychological problems during waiting for breast biopsy, while in control group （40 cases） patients were given only routine nursing without psychological intervention. Results The anxiety emotion of patients in psyohological nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; The blood pressure and heart rate of patients in psychological nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Properly psychosocial nursing can mitigate negative psychological reaction of patients during waiting for breast biopsy, and improve the therapy effect of the patients.
