摘　　要：介绍了知识产权的含义及其法律特征,分析了文献信息数字化与知识产权保护之间的关系,阐述了文献信息数字化过程中的技术保护措施,提出了完善知识产权保护制度的建议。This paper introduces the connotation and the legal features of intellectual property rights, analyzes on the relationship between the literature information digitalization and intellectual property rights protection, expounds the technological protection measures adopted in the course of literature information digitalization, and advances some suggestions on perfecting the system of intellectual property rights protection.
