O，O＇－二烷基－O－″－（取代苯乙腈肟）磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯的合成及对氯硝柳胺的灭螺增效作用

摘　　要：合成了２０个Ｏ，Ｏ’－二烷基－Ｏ－”－（取代苯乙睛肟）磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯，并分别与杀螺剂氯硝柳胺组成复方，进行室内杀螺试验，初步结果表明，化合物Ｖ４、７、１２、１８有明显杀螺增效作用，其中Ｖ１２可使氯硝柳胺的杀螺效果提高３．８ｌ倍。同时发现化合物Ｖ２、１０、１３单独使用时，也有良好的杀螺作用。Twenty compounds of O,O' -dialkyl-O'-(substituted phenylglyoxylonitrileoximino) phosphates and thiophosphates were prepared.The screening tests showed that compoundsV4,7,12,18 combined with niclosamide exhibited significant molluscicidal synergism against snails(Oncomelania hupensis hupensis).The LC50 of niclosamide alone and V12 combined with niclosamide(1:1)against snail was 0. 0820 mg·L-1 and 0.0215 mg·L-1,respectively. The molluscicidalactivity of the latter was 3.81 times that of niclosamide alone.The compounds V2,7, 10,13 appeared tohave high molluscicidal activity.
