摘　　要：介绍了商业银行面临的风险和一般的防范措施,并根据实践中的工作经验,以表格的形式列举了基层商业银行网点所面临的风险点和防范建议。This paper introduces the risks faced by the commercial bank and some common prevention measures, and based on the working experiences, lists some risk points faced by the network of the primary commercial banks in the form of the list, and puts forward some measures for prevention.
