摘　　要：从介绍税收筹划的目标和意义入手,分析了税收筹划在国内的现状及原因,并探讨了企业税收筹划的方法以及发展趋势。From introducing the targets and meanings of the tax planning, this paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of tax planning in our country, and probes into the measures for and the developing trends of enterprise＇s tax planning.
