逐瘀化痰汤对脑出血患者颅内血肿及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：用逐瘀化痰汤及西医常规治疗,其观察51例脑出血患者,中药组在清除血肿、降低血粘度方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。说明发病后早期应用活血化瘀药,有利于血肿消散吸收及改善血液的浓粘凝聚状态,有利于及早恢复脑和肢体功能。The TCM treatment group was observed with a control group treated by western conventional therapy, the total number of cases being 51 cases. For the treatment group, the elimination of hematoma and lowering of blood viscosity were also superior to the control group ( p< 0. 05) , demonstrating that early treatment with herbal drugs were beneficial to the elimination and absorption of the hematoma, improvement of concentration and agglutination of blood, and early recovery of brain function and limbs.
