紧张型头痛患者的防御方式与生活事件及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨紧张型头痛患者的防御方式、生活事件及其相关性。方法采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)及生活事件量表(LES)对38例紧张型头痛患者(观察组)和38例健康自愿者(对照组)进行调查。结果观察组不成熟及中间型防御方式评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),而成熟防御方式评分则显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组正性生活事件评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而负性生活事件评分及生活事件总值则显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。观察组不成熟及中间型防御方式与负性生活事件呈显著性正相关,而不成熟防御方式评分与正性生活事件、成熟防御方式与负性生活事件则呈显著性负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论紧张型头痛患者所经历的不良生活事件及面对不良生活事件所采取的不适当心理防御方式在紧张型头痛的发病中起着重要的作用。Objective To explore defense styles and life events in patients with tension-type headache. Methods Thirtyeight patients with tension-type headache and 38 normal controls were evaluated with Defense Styles Questionnaire （DSQ） and Life Event Scale （LES）, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results The scores of immature defense styles and midst type of defense styles of DSQ in the observation group were higher than in the control group （all P〈0.01）. The scores of mature defense styles of DSQ in the observation group were lower than in the control group （P〈0.01）. The score of positive life events in the observation group was lower than in the control group （P〈0.01）, while the score of negative life events and the total score of life events in the observation group were higher than in the control group （all P〈0.01）. The scores of immature and midst defense styles of DSQ were positively correlated with those of negative life events, in addition, the score of immature defense styles of DSQ negatively with that of positive life events, and the scores of mature defense styles of DSQ negatively with that of negative life events, on the contrary, the same result was found. Conclusion The negative life events that patients with tension-type headache suffered and the inadequacy defense styles for these negative events may play an important role in their sickness onset.
