摘 要:会理锌矿矿石性质多变、矿物组成复杂、锌铅含量比值大、伴生银嵌布粒度细、浮选磨矿细度又达不到设计要求,致使铅锌分离困难,长期以来生产指标难以提高.通过实验室研究获得了会理锌矿铅锌电位调控浮选分离的最佳条件:矿浆pH 11.8~12.2,矿浆电位-252~-272 mV,(znSO_4+YN)作锌矿物抑制剂,乙硫氮(DDTC)作选铅的捕收剂,石灰作矿浆pH与矿浆电位的调整与稳定剂.Greatly variable ore properties, complex mineral composition, large ratio of lead and zinc contents, fine dissemination particle of associated silver, and grind fineness of flotation feed being unable to meet the designed requirement at Huili Zinc Mine, led to a difficult separation of lead and zinc. Therefore, it was hard to improve the production performances. The flotation separation of galena from sphalerite and marmatite had been achieved by using potential- controlled flotation technology. The optimum separation conditions of pH value 11.8- 12.2 and the pulp potential -252- -272 mV were determined by laboratory-scale tests. (ZnSO4 + YN) was used as sphalerite and marmatite flotation depressant, diethyl dithiocarbamate (DDTC) was used as galena flotation collector and lime was used as a regulator and stabilizer of pH and pulp potential.
