摘 要:某厂房内部新增设备的基础与原有基础部分重叠.为了实施对原有基础局部切除,分析比较了多种可行方案,最终采用基底板桩卸荷和外包基础加强处理的方法.设计计算时,对传统的朗金土压力和库仑土压力理论进行了合理的简化.施工过程中,严格监控沉降和位移,确保了施工安全,加固取得了良好的效果.In order to implement partial removal of original footing when there was mterterence between original footing and that of newly-set up equipment in the construction, different feasible schemes were compared with each other and, finally, a strategy of foundation reinforcement was adopted, where unloading of footing bottom stakes as well as enwrapping were to be used. During the process of computation the traditional Ranken's earth pressure theory and that of Coulomb's were reasonably simplified. In the process of construction the sediment and displacement were strictly controlled, so that the construction safety was guaranteed completely and good reinforcing effect was obtained.
