鲜生地治疗慢重肝营血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服鲜生地汁对慢性重型肝炎早期(中医营血症)患者内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-1的影响。方法:患者分为两组,均给予重肝基础治疗的同时,治疗组给予鲜生地汁口服,每日100mL;对照组给予血液净化治疗,方法为每周进行血浆置换及血液滤过治疗各1次。分别于第1、2周末检测血清内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-1水平。结果:两组血清内毒素水平均明显下降,组间比较无明显差异;治疗组肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平有明显降低。结论:口服鲜生地汁可有效减轻内毒素血症、降低肿瘤坏死因子-α水平。Objective： To observe the efficacy of fresh Rehmannia juice therapy for chronic fulminate hepatitis patients with serum endotoxin（ LPS）, TNF -α and IL - 1 levels. Methods： Thirtyseven chronic fulminate hepatitis patients received either fresh Rehmannia juice 100ml daily （trail group , n = 20） or blood purification including plasma exchange and bemofltration per week for 2 weeks （control group, n = 17）. Mensurate the changes of serum endotoxin, TNF - α and IL - 1 at end of 1 st week and 2nd week in trail group and control group. Results： At the end of treatment, serum endotoxin of either trail group or control group has visible reduction . The change of serum endotoxin has no difference in this two groups. TNF -α in trail group has distinct abatement at the end of treatment. Conclusions ： Fresh Rehmannia juice therapy for chronic fulminate hepatitis patients can reduce serum endotoxin and TNF -α.
