摘 要:目的通过业务流程重组,提高门诊药房的工作效率和管理水平。方法运用信息技术,将业务流程重组的现代企业管理方法应用到医院门诊药房的药学服务中,改进门诊药房的服务流程,为病人提供优质、高效、人性化的药学服务。结果有效缩短病人取药等待时间,提高了门诊药房工作效率和病人满意度。结论先进的企业管理方法应用到医院药学管理中是行之有效的,药学人员只有在满足病人需求的药学服务中不断创新,才能促进医院药学的发展。Objective To enhance the efficiency and evel of the management for outpatient pharmaceutical services via business process reengineering. Method Modern company management of business process reengineering was introduced into the outpatient pharmaceutical services with the help of information technology, and the process of outpatient pharmaceutical services was also improved so that it could afford the high quality, efficient and humanized services. Results The time of drug reception was shortened, the work efficiency and patient satisfaction wasimproved as well. Conclusion It was successful to employ the advanced measures from corn pany management into hospital pharmaceutical services.It couldn't promote the development of hospital pharmacy until pharmacists kept innovating in the services for outpatients.
