摘　　要：社区卫生服务是具有公益性和福利性的社会公共产品,在分析社区卫生服务必要性的基础上,吸收国内外的经验模式,结合大庆油田总医院集团的客观实际,提出以社区医疗服务为基础,集医疗、预防、保健、科研、教学、医疗保险及专业化后勤服务于一体的油田医疗模式,并就如何运作进行探讨,旨在为特大型国企医院的改革提供借鉴。Community sanitation service is the social public product for public benefit and welfare.This text brings forward the method of medicine mode through necessity analysis of the community sanitation service, experience of China and overseas and the objective facts of Daqing Oil Field Hospital Group.The method of medicine mode bases on the community medical treatment service, integrates the medical treatment, prevention, healthcare, scientific research, teaching, medical treatment insurance and specialized logistics service ect.How to operate this mode is discussed as well for the reference of Oversized stateowned enterprises.
