摘　　要：目的 探讨肱骨近端锁定接骨板（locking proximal humerus plate,LPHP）治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用LPHP治疗27例肱骨近端骨折。根据Neer分类，二部分骨折11例；三部分骨折11例；四部分骨折5例，所有病例均应用LPHP治疗，术后严格功能锻炼。结果 本组病例骨折平均愈合时间7．1周（6～12周）。根据Constant评分标准平均分为88．2分，其中功能优17例，良8例，中2例，优良率为92、6％。结论 LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折具有固定可靠、并发症少、手术简单、骨折愈合快等许多优点，特别适合用于治疗老年骨质疏松患者。Objective To report the clinical results of application of locking proximal humerus plate in treatment of proximal humerus fractures in old patients. Methods 27 cases of old patients with proximal humerus fracture were treated with locking proximal humerus plates. According to Neer＇s dassification, 11 cases were two-part fractures, 11 threepart fractures and 5 cases four-part fractures. Results The mean time for union tested by X-ray was 7.1（6 to 12） weeks. Nonunion was not found in all the cases. By Constant＇s scoring system, there were 17 excellent cases, 8 good and 2 fair cases. The excellent and good rate together was 92.6 %. Conclusion Locking proximal humerus plate is a minimally invasive device which has fewer complications and high bone union rate, and especially good as the aged patients with osteoporosis are concerned.
