摘　　要：目的检测转化生长因子β1(transfer growth factorβ1,TGFβ1)在宫颈癌中的表达,探讨TGFβ1在宫颈癌发生发展中所起的作用。评估其作为肿瘤标志物及临床预后指标的价值。方法收集宫颈鳞状上皮癌石蜡包埋标本51例、慢性宫颈炎石蜡包埋标本21例,另收集子宫肌瘤全宫术后正常宫颈组织石蜡包埋标本13例作为正常对照组,采用免疫组化检测三组中的TGFβ1的蛋白表达,分析TGFβ1在宫颈癌中的蛋白表达强度与病理分级、淋巴转移、病理分型等的关系,分析TGFβ1与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。结果TGFβ1在正常对照组中的表达分别为12例阴性(-)、1例弱阳性(+),阳性表达率为7.69%;在慢性宫颈炎中19例阴性(-)、2例弱阳性(+),阳性表达率为9.52%;宫颈癌组织中有45例阳性,阳性表达率为88.2%,分别为6例阴性(-)、9例弱阳性(+)、17例阳性(++)、19例强阳性(+++)。TGFβ1在宫颈癌组织中表达均显著性高于炎症组和对照组(P<0.01),TGFβ1的表达量与病理分级呈明显正相关(P<0.01),与病理分型、淋巴转移无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论TGFβ1与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of tumor suppressor gene TGFβ1 in the progression of cervical carcinoma. Methods Fifty-one patients with cervical carcinoma and twenty-one patients with chronic cervicitis and 13 cases with normal cervical epithelium in people after total hysterectomy were investigated immunhistochemically for expression of TGFβ1 in paraffin sections. Results The expressions of TGFβ1 in 13 cases with normal epithelium after hysterectomy were 12 negative and 1 weak positive, the positive rate being 7.69 %. The expressions of TGFβ1 in 21 chronic cervicitis group were 19 negative, and 2 weak positive, the positive rate being 9.52%. The expression of TGFβ1 in 51 cervical carcinoma groups were 6 negative, 9 weak positive, 17 positive, and 19 strong positive, the positive rate being 88.2 %. The expression of TGFβ1 in cervical carcinoma group with grade Ⅰ ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ was 19, 22, 10, respectively. There was significant difference of expression of TGFβ1 between cervical carcinoma group and chronic cervicitis group or controls group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion TGFβ1 is associated with the progression of cervical carcinoma.
