国内外都市圈形成背景比较研究

摘　　要：作为区域经济发展过程中的一种特有现象,不同国家和地区形成的都市圈表现出一些共同特征。与此同时,由于经济发展阶段差异、区域经济社会文化背景不同,以及区域资源和经济制度等的不同,这些都市圈又表现出一些差别。从经济制度、发展过程、政府作用和国际环境4个方面,比较了我国都市圈与国外都市圈的形成背景,对促进我国都市圈的健康发展具有借鉴意义。As one kind of unique phenomenon in the course of regional economy development, the metropolitan areas in differents countries and areas display some common characteristics. Meanwhile ,because of differences in the economy development phase, regional social cultural context, regional resources, and economic system and so on, these metropolitan areas show some differences. From the four aspects of economic system, developing process, government function and international environment, the differences of formation backgrounds between domestic metropolitan area and foreign metropolitan area are analyzed. This analysis is of benefit to promotie the healthy development of metropolitan areas in China.
