从“程菲跳”看世界女子跳马的发展特点

摘　　要：以“程菲跳”和第38届世界体操锦标赛跳马决赛运动员为主要对象,研究了世界女子跳马动作发展的主要特点。结果表明:“程菲跳”是吸取了国内、外男女跳马发展成果的一次创新;程菲以较大优势获得跳马金牌是动作难度、优选动作类型和完美质量等多种因素的最佳组合。Taking the＂Cheng Fei＂ and final match of vaulting horse in 38th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships as main research subject,this paper studies the developing character of world woman vaulting horse. The result showed that ＂ Cheng Fei＂ was an innovation of absorbing the man and woman vaulting horse developing achievement at home and abroad. The gold medal got by Cheng Fei at advantage edge was the reason of difficuhy movement ,graceful pattern selection and perfect quality. The advantage of ＂Cheng Fei＂ will lead 2～3 years ahead of world and become the highlight of China woman team getting gold medal in Beijing Olympic Games.
