摘　　要：文章从普通物理学角度出发,研究了无限长线电荷对空间点电荷的作用力,通过比较在两种不同的坐标系下同一问题所反映出的电场和磁场的内在统一性,说明了二者是不同观测者对同一物质的不同描述。From the physics point of view, the paper discusses the effect of infinite linear charges on the space point charges. By comparison of unity between electric field and magnetic field reflected in the same matter under different coordinate systems, the paper concludes that they are the different descriptions of the same material based on the different observers.
