大学城体育资源的合理开发利用

摘　　要：我国大学城体育资源是以大学城进驻的高校为主体,由不同类型的大学体育资源要素组合而成,主要以有形和无形两种形态存在,配置仍以计划方式为主。提出了开发利用大学城体育资源的途径:建立国家—地方—高校三级大学城体育资源管理机制,成立专门规划组织机构,建立大学城内部有形体育资源共享的渠道,优化配置教师资源,实现学分互认,利用大学城内优势提高竞技运动水平等。The paper analyses the existence and investment form of the university towns in China and points out that the sport resources of the university town is composed by different kinds of university sport resources, tangible and intangible,and the allocation is mainly planned. The paper proposes ways to exploit the sport re.sources of the university towns, ie., establishing the country-locality-university sport re.source management system, setting up planning organization, establishing the internal tangible and intangible resource share system, optimizing the allocation of teachers, realizing the mutual recognition of credit and taking advantage of the university town to enhance the athletic competitive ability.
