摘 要:目的探讨人工耳蜗植入术治疗重度和极重度感音神经性聋的临床疗效。方法14例重度和极重度感音神经性聋患儿采用人工耳蜗植入术治疗。术后1个月开机调试,术后6个月行声场听阈测听。结果术后1个月开机调试,14例患儿开机当天均有听性反应。术后声场测试平均听阈为30-50dBSPL。经言语康复训练,9例患儿的听觉和言语能力明显提高,5例还在行康复训练。结论人工耳蜗植入术治疗儿童重度和极重度感音神经性聋是恢复听觉功能的有效方法,应尽早对语前聋儿童植入人工耳蜗。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of implanted cochlear in profound sensorineural deaf children. Methods Fourteen profound sensorineural deaf children were Cochlear implantatnio . mapping of Cochlear speech processor was done in 1 month after operation . The sound field test was given after 6 month of cochlear implantation. Results The average threshold of sound field test was 30 - 40dBSPL . All children obtained good effects after speech rehabilitation training. Conclusion Cochlear implantation is a useful treatment for the patients with severe and profound sensorineural deafness .
