中西医结合治疗外阴白色病变120例

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法120例不同类型外阴白色病变患者均采用中西医结合药物配伍,作外阴局部皮内注射联合全身用药、局部外洗外搽药物为治疗方案。监测治疗前后的免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM、补体C3、C4、微量元素Zn、Cu。结果治愈率为96.67%,总有效率为100%。30例患者治疗后补体C3、C4、血清微量元素Zn和Cu的含量显著提高(P<0.01)。结论采用中西医结合治疗外阴白色病变有较好的疗效,且疗程短,是安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To approach the clinical curative ,effect of treating white lesions of vulva by Integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of white lesions of vulva were enrolled. It＇s the optimal treatment that we formulated various drugs for vulva local subcutaneous injection, combined with medication for whole body and washout partly. We monitor 30 patients＇ immunoglobulin IgA,IgM, IgG, alexin C3 .C4 and trace element Zn, Cu were detected before and after treatment. Results The cure rate was 96. 67% and the effectiveness rate was 100%. It＇s certificated that the patients＇ serum alexin C3 .C4 and trace element Zn, Cu obviously increased after treatment. Conclusion Treating white lesions of vulva by Integrated traditional and western medicine has better curative effect, and it is a safe, effective treatment.
