摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道行阴道旁修补术联合阴道后壁桥式修补术对盆底功能障碍性疾病（PDF）治疗的可行性和有效性。方法对18例不同程度盆底功能障碍性疾病患者采用经阴道阴道旁修补术（VPVR）联合阴道后壁桥式修补术。结果18例患者手术均获成功。手术时间40-70min，平均55min；术中出血量50～100mL，平均86mL；住院时间4～7d。无1例发生尿道、膀胱及输尿管损伤。结论经阴道行阴道旁修补术联合阴道后壁桥式修补术短期疗效明显，并发症少，长期疗效尚有待进一步观察。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of vaginal paravaginal repair plus vaginal bridge repair in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction（PFD）. Methods Eighteen patients with different defects of pelvic floor underwent vaginal paravaginal repair （VPVR） and vaginal bridge repair. Results All operations succeeded and none had complications. The mean time of operation was 55 min（40-70 min） ;The mean hemorrage was 86 mL（50 100 mL） ;The time of follow-up days after operation were 4-7 d. Conclusion vaginal paravaginal repair plus vaginal bridge repair could really do something active in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction. The short-term results are promising and stable, but more clinical trials are needed to evaluate their long-term outcome.
