自体乳突皮质骨粉在开放式鼓室成形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自体乳突皮质骨粉在开放式鼓室成形术中的应用。方法42例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者行开放式鼓室成形术,术中应用自体乳突骨皮质粉及纤维蛋白原凝血酶粘合剂充填上鼓室,乳突尖和术腔凹凸不平骨坑,骨粉表面覆盖筋膜,粘合剂固定。结果全部患者切口均I期愈合,术后无眩晕,面瘫,耳鸣等并发症,干耳率为90.48%(38/42)。结论自体乳突皮质骨粉是良好的修复材料,有利于干耳及减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the application of bone pate from self mastoid cortex in the surgery of mostoidectomy with tympanoplasty. Methods Forty-two cases were treated by mostoidectomy with tympanoplasty. During the surgery , the self bone pate collected while drilling the mastoid cortex and fibrinogen thromboplastinase were used to fill in the attic cell. mastoidale, and uneven bone pit. Afterwards,the temporalis fascia was used to overlap the surface of bone pate. Results The cuts of all sufferers healed at the first period. After surgery ,there were no complications such as vertigo, peripheral paralysis of the facial nerve and tinitus, etc. and the rate of dry ear was 90.48 %. Conclusion Bone pate from self mastoid cortex is a good repairing material , which can help to obtain dry ear and reduce complications.
