摘  要:对递增负荷运动及恢复不同阶段大鼠卵巢及子宫的超微结构进行了透射电镜观察发现,卵巢上皮细胞形态、完整性及细胞间连接均出现明显改变;卵泡膜内层细胞及颗粒细胞出现核膜破裂,线粒体空泡化,内质网扩张及溶酶体增多等异常结构变化;子宫上皮细胞微绒毛由轻度脱落到几乎完全缺失,胞膜破裂,细胞器结构出现异常改变。结果表明,9周运动训练导致卵巢上皮及子宫内膜细胞的合成机能受阻,细胞呈现动情间期状态,与同期测定的低性激素水平及动情周期紊乱和抑制现象具有依从关系。经过4个动情周期的恢复,大鼠卵巢及子宫结构逐渐复原,为一可逆性变化过程。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the potential mechanisms of effects of strncture changes on functions in rarts' ovary and uterus during progressive increasing training load and recovery courses. Transmission and scan eleetroli microscope were usecl to observe the tissue ultrastrueture. The shape, integrity and conjunction of epithelium were markedly changed in ovarian. Nuclear membrane breaked, mitochondria became vacuole, endoplasmic reticulum dilated, and lysosome increased in follicular theca intema cells and granular cells. The epithelium of endometrimn may find: microvilli on cells decreased from lightness to seriousness, cell membrane breaked, organelles were abnormal, which indicated synthesizing function was inhibited, and eeU maturewas restrained, so that endometrium were in diestrus. These changes were consistent Jr. lower sex hormones level, estrous cycle dysfunction in the same phase. The structure changes of rats' ovary and uterus were progressively recovered after 4 estrous cycles rest.
