摘  要:通过测定油田产出物的脱水率,考察聚合物驱残留物对原油破乳的影响,并对各种影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,随着产出物中聚合物浓度增加,破乳难度加大,产出物中含有疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4比含有MO4000破乳更困难。同时比较了聚醚型和双子结构破乳剂,双子结构破乳剂可将界面张力降至超低,有效地破坏界面膜,具有比普通聚醚型破乳剂更好的破乳效果。The effect of polymer on the crude oil demulsification was studied by measuring dehydration rate. The various influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that the difficulty of demulsification increased with increase of the polymer concentration of output fluid. The demulsification of the output fluid containing hydrophobic associating polymer AP - P4 was more difficult than that of output fluid containing MO4000. As the gemini demulsifier could reduce the interfacial tension to an uhralow value, it could destroy the interracial film and gain better effect on demulsification, its dehydration rate was higher than that of the polyether demulsifier.
