大学生思想政治教育“以学生为本”理念探析

摘　　要：对“以学生为本”的工作理念内涵进行剖析,有助于对大学生思想政治教育“以学生为本”工作理念的认识深化和具体落实。本文认为,“以学生为本”的工作理念包含“以学生的需求为本、以学生的素质为本、以学生的能力为本、以学生的发展为本”四个方面的内涵。高校思想政治教育要在满足学生的需求、提高学生的素质和能力、促进学生的发展上发挥服务、引导、提升作用。Analyzing the student-oriented work idea will help to understand deeply and realize the student-oriented work idea of the ideological and political education of university students. The paper divides the student-oriented work idea into four categories, including students＇need-oriented, students＇quality-oriented, students＇ability-oriented, and students＇development-oriented. The ideological and political education of university students should play the role of service, guidance, and encouragement in meeting the students＇ needs, promoting the students＇ quality and ability and encouraging the students＇ development.
