利培酮(卓菲)对传统抗精神病药治疗无效的精神分裂症患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨国产利培酮在治疗使用传统抗精神病药无效的精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:对比43例使用过3种和3种以上传统抗精神病药物治疗入组时阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分大于60分的精神分裂症患者换用利培酮治疗,观察6周,于换用前和换用后2、4、6周末进行PANSS和副反应量表TESS评定。结果:换药4周后PANSS减分率与换药前比较差异有显著性(t=3.12,P<0.01),副反应量表(TESS)换药前后差异显著(t=2.50,P<0.05),说明国产利培酮疗效优于传统抗精神病药,不良反应轻微。结论:国产利培酮在治疗精神分裂症方面较传统抗精神病药有较好的疗效和安全性。Objective：To explore the effect of interior Rispredone in patients with schizophrenia to whom traditional anti - psychotic drugs were less effective. Methods：43 patients with schizophrenia who had taken three or more than three kinds of traditional anti - psychotic drugs, whose symptoms failed to be relieved and whose points of PANSS were more than 60 were given interior Rispredone. PANSS and TESS were evaluated before replacing interior Rispredone and at the end of the 2nd, 4th, 6th weeks after replacing Rispredone. Results： Points of PANSS were significant difference between before replacing Rispredone and at the end of 4th week after replacing Rispredone （ T 〉 3.12, P 〈 0.01 ） ; Points of TESS had also significant difference （ t = 2.50, p 〈 0.05 ）. That show interior Rispredone had better effects and less side effect than Clozaping. Conclusions： Interior Rispredone had better effect and safety in patients with schizophrenia than that of Clozaping.
