摘　　要：目的:比较从其它精神病药物换用阿立哌唑两种不同方法治疗精神分裂症的差异。方法:将74例处于维持治疗中的慢性稳定期或以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分成二组,分别用两种不同的换药方法换用阿立哌唑治疗,观察6周,以阴阳性症状量表(PAN-SS)、副反应量表(TESS)和临床疗效总评量表(CG I)在治疗前及治疗后的1、2、4、6周进行测评。结果:二组间治疗后PANSS、TESS、CG I量表分差异无显著性(t=0.21,0.360,0.283,P>0.05)。结论:两种换药方法具有同等的安全性,临床中可自由选择换用阿立哌唑方法,但不适合氧氮平;阿立哌唑在治疗阴性症状方面疗效显著。Objective ：The compairon of the change medicine ways about Aripirazole for schizophrenia. Methods：In the random controlled study ,74 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia whose syndromes were stable and were mainly negative were divided into two groups. The patients of two groups were given different change medicine way and observed 6 weeks. Effects and side effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative syndrome scale （PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Syndromes scale （TESS） and Clinic Grobal Impressions Scale （CGI） respectively before and after 1,2,4,6 ,week treatment. Results： The points of PANSS ,TESS, CGI had no significant difference in the two ways（t =0.21,0. 360,0. 283 ,P 〉0.05）. Conclusions： The two ways of change medicine about Aripirazole were all safe and could be adapted, But it is not fit for Clozapine. It suggested that Aripirazole have better effects on patients with negative syndrome.
