卵巢癌术后留置导管腹腔化疗的护理

摘　　要：目的:观察卵巢癌患者行肿瘤细胞减灭手术及术中留置腹腔导管化疗的疗效,评价其对生活质量的影响。方法1998年9月-2003年6月收50例卵巢癌患者在腹腔管及药物灌注方法上作些改进:即使瘤细胞减灭术后采用导管法(单管)仅进行单纯性腹腔化疗:应用顺铂或卡铂与5一氟脲嘧啶交替应有的PF方案联合化疗,非水化,术后一周内即开始腹化,出院后均在门诊每隔3—4周腹化一次。为期一年半左右,结果该方法治疗效果良好,化疗反应轻,无严重并发症,可门诊进行,经济易行,病人生存期生活质量高。Aim： To explore the efficacy of the remained intraperitoneal chemotherapy tube after surgery in the treatment of Ovarian Cancer and evaluate its effect on the life quality. Methods： From September 1998 to Jun 2003, 50 patients with Ovarian cancer received the improved treatment of remained intraperitonael chemotherapy tube after surgery： DDP or BDP and 5-Fu were used alternatively in a week after surgery, a therapeutic course was about three or four weeks. These patients had about eighteen Months therapeutic course, Result： The efficacy of the improved treatment of remained intraperitonael chemotherapy tube after surgery is good for the patients and side effect of chemotherapy is little, with no severe complication. It can be operated in out-patient which improve the life quality and survival of the patient.
