摘  要:目的观察动物模型动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)发生、发展过程中脑血管血液动力学指标(cerebrovascularhemodynamicindex,CVHI)的变化规律。方法新西兰大耳白兔20只,随机分为两组:12只为动脉粥样硬化模型组,给予高脂饲料喂养;8只为对照组,给予普通基础饲料喂养。于12周末检测所有兔CVHI,同期进行病理检查,并观察离体血管的顺应性。结果与对照组比较,AS模型组兔的最大血流速度和最小血流速度均有明显降低;而外周阻力、特性阻抗和脉搏波波速明显升高;血管顺应性明显降低。病理结果显示,AS模型组兔的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成明显,管腔狭窄。结论CVHI能正确反映颈动脉病变和脑血管病理生理变化,对早期脑动脉粥样硬化的诊断具有重要的意义。Objective To observe the changes of cerebrovascular hemodynamic index (CVHI) in atherosclerotic rabbits. Methods Twenty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two group: Twelve were atherosclerosis model (AS) group and eight were control group. Atherosclerosis model group were fed with high fat diet and control group were fed with ordinary diet. At 12th week, CVHI were measured in the common carotid artery with spectral analysis and the compliance of carotid was observed. Results In the AS group, the carotid artery maximal velocity (vmax) and minimal velocity (vmin) were significantly decreased (P〈0.05), but the cerebrovascular peripherial resistance (Rv), characteristic impedance (Zcv) and pulse wave velocity (Wv) were significantly increased (P〈0.05). Carotid artery compliance was lower by P-V experiment, the arteriosclerosis plaque was more obviously and the blood vessel cavity were more narrow in AS rabbits compared with that of in control group. Conclusion These results showed that CVHI could correctly reflect carotid lesions and the cerebrovascular pathophysiologic changes. The finding may have great significance for early atherosclerosis diagnosis.
