摘　　要：目的了解C反应蛋白（CRP）与代谢综合征（MS）及颈动脉内膜-中膜复合体厚度（IMT）的关系。方法收集135例MS患者（MS组）、145例2型糖尿病患者（DM组）、94例健康体检者（对照组），测定血清CRP浓度、血脂、血糖，测量血压、身高、体重，计算体重指数（BMI）。应用高敏感B超测定MS组、DM组的颈动脉IMT。分析CRP与BMI、血糖、空腹血脂、血压及颈动脉IMT的关系。结果CRP随着MS组成成分数的增加而升高（χ^2=161．8，P〈0．01）。DM组中，颈动脉IMT与CRP成正相关[标准化偏回归系数（β=0．569，P=0．000]；MS组中，颈动脉IMT及三酰甘油呈正相关（β值分别=0．563和0．179，P值分别=0．000和0．021）。当CRP〉3．0mg／L时，颈动脉内膜增厚（IMT≥1．0mm且〈1．3mm）及斑块（IMT≥1．3mm）的发生率显著高于CRP0～3mg／L亚组。结论CRP不仅与MS有关，而且与颈动脉IMT有关。Objective To determine the ralationship of the serum C-reactive protein （CRP） levels and metabolic syndrome （MS） and carotid intima-media thickness （IMT）. Methods Serum CRP, fasting lipids, blood glucose were measured in 135 patients with MS （MS group） and 145 patients with T2DM （DM group） and 94 controls （control group） respectively. Body height and weight were also measured. BMI was calculated. Carotid IMT was assessed using sensitive B-mode ultrasound in 135 patients with MS and 145 patients with T2DM respectively. Restilts There were increasing number of the MS components associated with higher serum levels of CRP （χ^2 = 161.8, P〈0.01）. Positive correlation was observed between CRP and carotid IMT （β=0.569, P=0.000） in DM group. TG and IMT in MS group showed in positive correlation （β=0.563, 0.179, P=0.000, 0.021）. When CRP〉3.0 mg/L, higher rate of carotid IMT ≥1.0 mm, 〈 1.3 mm and plaque were shown. Conclusion CRP is significantly related not only with MS but also with carotid IMT.
