摘　　要：工程更改管理是制造企业产品数据管理的一个重要组成部分,首先讨论了工程更改的起因,以及存在的主要问题,以此进行ECM的需求分析,研究了EC的数据、组织以及过程,提出基于PDM系统的具体的实施方法,可以为企业实施ECM提供解决方案。Engineering Change Management （ECM） is an important process of production data management in manufacturing industry. Sources and primary problem for engineering change are discussed first. Then the requirement of the ECM system is analyzed. The data, organization and process of the ECM are introduced. The implementation of ECM within a product data management （PDM） system is put forward. So a practicable solution of ECM implementation is given.
