摘　　要：总结了上海市临床医学中心建设中期成效,重点分析临床效率、临床新技术、诊疗规范、科研和成果、学科梯队和人才培养、内部管理等取得的成绩和效果,并思考临床医学中心建设存在的问题。This paper summarized midterm achievements and effects during the constructing clinical medical centers in shanghai. It was mainly analyzed that the effects and achievements were obtained through clinical efficiency, new techniques, diagnosis and therapy standards, research accomplishment, personnel echelon, staff training as well as internal management. In the meanwhile it was also investigated the problems-raised during the period of constructing centers.
