摘　　要：新型复配荧光增白剂22EC-17,以高温高压浸染工艺及轧染工艺对涤棉织物进行增白处理,分别确定了它们的最佳工艺条件。试验表明,涤棉混纺织物经22EC-17一浴一步法处理,能获得良好的增白效果。Whitening process of polyester/cotton blended fabric is carried out with whitener 22EC-17 by high-temperature-highpressure exhaust process and pad dyeing process, factors affecting whiteness are analyzed, including addition of whitener, operating time and temperature and pH value, the optimum conditions of different methods are defined. One bath one step exhaust process is undergone with whitener 1.0% （owf） treating at 130℃ for 30 minutes at pH value 2.0 - 10.0, while one bath one step pad dyeing process is carried out with whitener 5.0 - 15.0g/L curing at 185 ℃ for 35 seconds at pH value 5.0 - 7. 0, both can impart blended fabric good whiteness.
