摘　　要：介绍了一种多路外渗式湿度发生器的工作原理及研制过程。详细阐述了多路外渗式湿度发生器的渗透管选择、多渗透管气路选通方法及硬件结构。通过试验验证,证明了该装置工作准确可靠。The principle and development of a multi-way permeation tubes generator are introduced. The selection of permeation tube, the method of selecting fitting permeation tube and the structure of this device are described in detail. According to the validation in measurement, it is proved that the device has well accuracy and reliability in running.
