摘  要:某铅锌矿因受尾矿输送设备能力的限制,需对选矿尾矿进行浓浆输送。生产上添加聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)或石灰可解决浓缩问题,但PAM使尾矿浆在尾矿库内难以形成干滩而对尾矿坝的稳定性产生不利影响,石灰则使尾矿库外排水pH值严重超标。为此,通过沉降试验对PAM、石灰、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、明矾、聚合氯化铝(PAC)等沉降剂进行了比较,发现PFS与石灰组合可获得较好的尾矿沉降效果。在此基础上进行了实验室动态浓缩试验,结果表明,采用混合沉降剂PFS+石灰,可获得底流浓度40%以上、溢流水中固体悬浮物含量低于200 mg/L的沉降指标,并可解决尾矿库外排水pH值超标的问题。因此,以PFS+石灰作为混合沉降剂是解决该矿尾矿浓缩问题的适宜方案。The tailing of mineral processing in a lead-zinc mine has to be thickened before transportation due to the limited tailings transportation capacity. The addition of polyacryamide (PAM) or lime might solve the thickening problem, but PAM could make it difficult for the tailing pulp to form the dry sands, which could have unfavorable effect on the tailing dam stability, while lime could lead to a pH value of the discharged water of the tailing reservoir that was far greater than the standard. Therefore, comparable settling tests were made on the settling agents such as PAM, lime, PFS, alum, and PAC. It was found that a combination of PFS and lime could achieve good settling effect of tailings. On this base, laboratory dynamic thickening test was done. The results showed that the application of PFS and lime combination could obtain an underflow density of greater than 40% and a content of solid in suspension of the overflow of below 200 mg/L and thus, could solve the problem of over-standard pH value of the dam discharged water. Therefore, a settling agent combination of PFS and lime is an appropriate alternative for the railings thickening in this mine.
