摘　　要：文章讨论了文献流通管理系统管理责任的责任强度、责任分配、责任组合、责任实施与追究、配套措施与责任重组等基本问题,从理论研究上为图书馆的流通责任分配依据作了探讨,并就一些具体问题作了分析。This paper discusses some basic issues like the intensity, distribution, combination , implementation and inrestigation, necessary measures and reamangement of the responsibility for the management of the documentary circulation system. From the theoretical studies, the paper probes into the foundation for the circulation responsibility distribution of the library, and analyses some concrete problems.
