摘　　要：对《中国文献编目规则(第二版)》部分条款的不完善之处阐明了自己的观点,并结合现代文献编目工作的发展,论述了修订后规则与CNMARC格式的有机结合、著录详简级次的取舍、方括号的使用等问题。The paper first proposes reflection on the faultiness of Chinese Cataloging Rule（Second edition）, discusses the interface between CNMARC and Chinese Cataloging Rule （Second edition ）dealing with some issues on the grades and the detailed and brief states of the catalogue description, and put forward some personal views on the development of the Chinese Cataloging Rule （Second edition ）.
