流行性出血热免疫学发病机制及其疗法的研究

摘　　要：研究了ＥＨＦ早期和后期的免疫学发病机制及其治疗方法，ＥＨＦ发病机制是ＥＨＦ病毒作为致病因子导致Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型变态反应。早期Ⅰ型变态反应致病，后期则演变成Ⅲ型变态反应，导致病程进展和病情加重，乃至死亡。在此致病基础上，早期应用了联合抗过敏疗法；后期应用联合抗过敏加输新鲜血浆疗法，都获得了良好的疗效。病死率由１０％下降到１％以下。The paper reported pathogenesis and treatment of EHF at early and later stage.The pathogenesis of EHF is a combinned role of Ⅰ and Ⅲ type allergic reaction induced by EHF virus.Early symptom and pathological damage of EHF coused by Ⅰ type allergy.Ⅲ type allergic reaction led to development of disease and damage of kidney at the later stage.On the basis combination antiallergic treatment at the early stage,the combination antiallergic and fresh plasma transfusion therapy at later stage of EHF were used.The therapy was markedly effective and the mortality rate was decreased from 10% to less 1%.
