用猪带绦虫卵诊断囊虫病的实验研究

摘　　要：用猪带绦虫卵诊断囊虫病，了解虫卵的抗原性和临床应用价值。以环卵沉淀试验方法共检查囊虫病人１１３例，阳性率７１７６％（８１／１１３），其他病人４１例，假阳性率７３％（３／４１），正常人３０例，假阳性率为３３３％（１／３０）。证明本试验方法比较敏感特异，试验条件简单，便于应用。Cysticercosis was diagnosed using eggs of Taenia solium,to know the antigen's character and clinic practice value.113 patients with cysticercosis, 41 patients with other diseases and 30 normal human were examined by circumoval precipitin test (COPT) method.The positive rate of the cysticercosis patients was 71.76% (81/113).The false positive rate of patients with other diseases was 7.3 % (3/41),that of the normal human was 3.33% (1/30).The results showed the susceptibility and specificity of the COPT method.The method of experiment is very simple,spread easily.
