摘　　要：主要研究的是现代项目管理在建设一个现代化稻谷精深加工企业中建设范围上的具体应用,探讨适应我国粮食行业有效的项目管理。通过研究,来规范我国稻谷加工业在项目建设中应用项目管理的理念和模式,更有效地利用各种资源。In a modem rice milling enterprise, how we apply project administration theories to the construction to the fine and deep processing of rice has been discussed in this thesis. Moreover, the effective project management, which is suitable for our national cereal enterprises, has been probed so as to standardize the idea and pattern of project administration, which has been applied to the project construction of our country＇ s cereal enterprises, and make effective use of various resources.
