环胞霉素A加输新鲜血清治疗免疫复合物型肾小球肾炎

摘　　要：通过急性实验性血清病（ＡＥＳＳＲ）动物模型，证明了急性实验性血清病血清中ＣＩＣ水平明显高于正常家兔组（Ｐ＜００１），补体溶解免疫活性ＣＭＳＣ水平明显低于正常组（Ｐ＜００１）。环胞霉素Ａ（ＣｓＡ）加输新鲜血清治疗后，治疗组家兔ＣＭＳＣ水平较未治疗组明显升高（Ｐ＜００１），ＣＩＣ水平较未治疗组明显降低（Ｐ＜００１）。This paper reports levels of CIC and CMSC in the rabbit with AESSR.The experimental results showed that the levels of serum CIC in model group of AESSR was enhanced significantly,while CMSC was decreased markedly.After treatment the CIC was decreased but the CMSC was increased obviously.Thus the authors believed that CsA and fresh serum transfusion might play an important regulatory role on immunological function of rabbit with AESSR and obtained markedly therapeutic effect.
