摘  要:舰船用大型柴油机由于其效率高,输出功率大,工况恶劣,因而对于其多种零部件进行强度和应力分析显得十分迫切。本文运用先进的激光电子散斑干涉及上载波技术,实现了柴油机油泵体模型变形的无损测量。这一光学技术具有全场显示、非接触、高灵敏度和不用显定影等一系列优点,特别适用于柴油机零部件刚度强度的分析。本文将这一技术应用在油泵的离面位移测量研究上,不但得到了油泵在压力作用下的离面位移,还和有限元进行了比较,这一方法将在舰船主动力———柴油机研究领域有着广泛的应用前景。It's urgent that we analyze the parts of diesel engine, which are under bad working condition, for it's high efficiency and great output energy. This paper brings an advanced non-destroyed-test, that is laser electronic speckle technology added with carrier to realize measuring the deformation of pump model of diesel engine. This method has a series of strongpoint, such as non-contact, high sensitive, without develop and fix etc. So it can be widely used in analyzing the strength and stiffness of parts in diesel engine. We also study the way of getting out-plane displacement of model by the technology in this paper. Not only we calculate the data of displacement, but also compare it with FEM result. We believe that this method will be widely used in studying the main power device diesel engine.
