摘　　要：在分析项目风险管理研究现状的基础上,从全过程管理角度提出了农业机械化项目全过程风险管理模式,即全过程风险管理机构的设置、全过程风险管理计划的制定以及项目定义与决策阶段、设计与计划阶段、实施与控制阶段、竣工验收阶段等4个阶段的风险管理,为更好地进行农业机械化项目的风险管理提供参考依据。This article analyses the study about the project risk management. Then from the point of view of whole process management, the author put forward the view of the whole process risk management of agricultural mechanization project, which includes： setting institute, making the whole process risk management schedule, and the risk management of the four phases. The conclusion of the article can help the owner and the contractor to manage the risk of agricultural mechanization.project.
