摘 要:虚拟装配是虚拟产品开发的关键技术之一,近年来受到广泛关注。为此,在运用Pro/Engineer软件建立联合收割机脱粒装置零件模型的基础上,通过自底向上和自顶向下的虚拟装配方法,完成了联合收割机脱粒装置的虚拟装配,并实现了运动仿真,缩短了开发周期,降低了成本。The VA (Virtual Assembly) is one of key technology of the virtual product development, which has drawn much attention recently. In this paper, based on established the model of parts, the combine threshing equipments was assembled in the virtual manner by using the application software Pro/Engineer provided by three-dimensional CAD. The virtual assembly of threshing equipments" model was completed from top to bottom or reversely and the simulation of movement was implemented, which shorten the development periods and reduced the cost.
