摘  要:研究了含高氮含能化合物的铜基红外干扰烟幕剂的配方及影响配方性能的主要因素.结果表明此类烟幕剂解决了铜粉易烧结的问题,并达到了边燃烧边分散铜粉的效果.初步研制出的新型抗红外烟幕剂,为铜粉类干扰剂提供了一个新的发展方向.该类烟幕剂的优点是燃温和残渣含量低、成气量大,易点火且反应连续,并将铜粉以气溶胶的形式分散到环境中.The factors affecting on the infrared extinction performance of smoke agent based on copper powder and high nitrogen energetic compounds (HNEC) were studied. The results show that the smoke agent based on HNEC is a new kind of smoke agent and can solve the agglomeration problem of copper when it burnt. This smoke agent can be ignited easily and burn continuously and have many other merits,such as the burning temperature and the residue was lower, the quantity of gas production was high, and the copper powder was shoot off into air in form of aerosol.
