摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市外来定居妇女艾滋病病毒感染状况。方法对来该市定居妇女进行普查,同时采集血清标本用ELISA及Westernbolt法进行艾滋病病毒抗体检测,并与本地同时期重点人群抗-HIV检测结果作对照。结果外来定居妇女艾滋病病毒抗体阳性率为0.74%(45/6053),同期本地重点人群临床可疑、性病、结核、献血员等阳性率为0.01%(10/75786),两者比较差异有统计学意义(!2=445.06,P<0.01)。对40例阳性外来妇女的现任丈夫检测,确认丈夫阳性11人,阳性率27.50%;检测2～15岁子女13人,阳性1人,阳性率7.69%。结论云南等省籍外来定居妇女是艾滋病传入潍坊市的重要传染源,应引起各级政府、卫生行政部门的高度重视,加强检测,防止二代病例发生。Objective This study was performed to understand the infection situation of HIV among women settled in Weifang City from other places. Methods A mass survey was conducted among women settled in this city, and at the same time, their blood serum samples were taken and performed HIV antibody test with ELISA and Western bolt methods, and then compared with anti-HIV test results of the same period among local specific population. Results Among the settled women from other places, the positive rate of HIV antibody was 0.74% （45/6053）, while the corresponding positive rate of the same period among local specific population, including people suspected clinically, patients with venereal disease and tuberculosis, and blood donors, etc, was 0.01% （10/75 786）, and so the difference of the two has a statistical significance （X^2=445.06, P〈0.01）. Present husbands of 40 positive cases of women from other places were tested, 11 cases of husbands were confirmed positive, and the positive rate was 27.50%; 13 cases of their children aged 2 to 15 years were tested, 1 case was confirmed positive, and the positive rate was 7.69%. Conclusion The settled women from Yunnan Province, etc. were the main source of HIV infection imported into Weifang City, to which a high attention should be paid by government and health administrations at all levels, and corresponding monitoring should be strengthened to prevent occurrence of the second generation of cases.
