摘　　要：本文分析了医院与药企、医院与患者之间的双垄断博弈关系,指出医院的双垄断地位是导致药品价格虚高的重要原因,仅靠给予医院经济激励是很难有效降低药品价格和减轻群众就医负担的,反而会带来医患矛盾的恶化。因此提出:政府应该增加对患者的信息提供,以降低医院的双垄断地位,解决药价虚高问题。This paper analyzed the dual monopoly game between hospital with medial corporation and with patient. Hospital＇ s dual monopoly causes the high medicine price, it has limited effectiveness to reduce medicine price and release patients＇ economic burdens only depending on economic stimulation to hospital , instead which can worsen the relationship between doctors and patients. So government should provide more information about medicine to patients, which can reduce hospital＇ s dual monopoly, so as to resolve the problem of high medicine price.
