摘　　要：介绍了我国网络咨询业的兴起原因,着重分析了加入WTO对我国网络咨询业所带来的挑战和机遇以及我国网络咨询业自身所具有的优势,并针对如何发展我国网络咨询业提出了一些相应的对策。This paper introduces the causes of the rising of the network consultancy industry in our country, analyzes on the challenges and opportunities of WTO entry for the network consuhancy industry in our country, and the advantage of network consultancy industry in our country, and in the light of how to develop the network consultancy industry in our country, advances some corresDonding measures.
