摘　　要：对内容分析法的定义和特征做了简单介绍,并就内容分析法在管理研究中的应用情况进行了详细分析,最后对该方法在管理研究中的应用前景进行了初步研究。This paper introduces briefly the concept and features of the content analysis method, analyzes in detail on the application situation of the content analysis method in the management research, and probes into the application prospect of this method in the management research.
